Client Obligations
- Providing water, electricity, air conditioning, and all other necessities necessary to complete the work on the entire site, throughout the service period.
- Ensuring the site is completely free of any other workers from the start of the team’s work until the site is handed over.
- Ensuring the site is completely free of any construction waste, such as (blocks, cement, sand, paint cans, etc.) before the team arrives. The service does not include the transportation of this waste off-site.
- If the customer requests tank cleaning, the customer is obligated to empty at least 75% of it before the team arrives.
- In the event of non-compliance with any of these conditions, such as the lack of water or electricity, the presence of additional workers, or construction waste, the company will provide the service within one business day, at its discretion, according to available capabilities. The customer also acknowledges that the full value of the service will be due, and that the company is not responsible for any defect or deficiency in the work resulting from a breach of these obligations, nor is it obligated to conduct any additional review of the work completed.
- Appointment rescheduling or cancellation
- Appointments can be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance. The company reserves the right to cancel the appointment or reevaluate the site.
- The advance payment for the service fee is non-refundable if the appointment is rescheduled to be less than 48 hours before the service time.
Service Duration
- Services are completed within one business day. After 24 hours from the end of the delivery time, the customer agrees to receive the work site, complete the service, and leaves no comments on it. No complaints will be accepted thereafter.
- The customer may request a review from the company if there are any comments on the service provided, within 24 hours of the visit. The customer’s refusal to receive the team shall be deemed waiver of any compensation due.
- If the client does not receive the team within the scheduled time to provide the service, or if another appointment is not scheduled within 24 hours, this is considered a cancellation of the visit by the client, and the client acknowledges that the company is entitled to the full visit fee agreed upon in the contract.
Disclaimer
- The team is committed to cleaning visible and public areas only. This does not include, for example, ceilings, chandeliers of any kind, fire damage, wall washing, floor polishing, or anything else not included in the contract or quote.
- If the client requests the removal of any furniture, they are responsible for any resulting damage.
- If the team damages the furniture without the client’s request, the client must prove this and will be compensated for a maximum of three times the value of the service provided.
- The client is committed to keeping their personal belongings, valuables, or any other items inside the home and acknowledges that neither the company nor the team will be responsible for any loss thereof.

Returns and Refunds
- Returned products must be in the same condition as received.
- Additional shipping and reshipping fees may apply to the customer. The customer will be notified of these fees before the return request is processed. It may take up to 21 business days from the date the returned products are received and accepted by the company.
- In accordance with the Saudi Arabian Monetary Agency’s conditions regarding internal bank transfers (refund transactions), the customer’s (beneficiary’s) information must be matched when registered with us with the customer’s bank account information (full name, ID or residence card number, bank name and bank account number (IBAN)) to avoid any delay or rejection of the banking transaction by the bank to which the transfer is intended in financial refund requests
Payment
- All cash transfers and payments, including authorizations and financial entitlements, must be made in Saudi Riyals. Our payment system includes several payment methods or forms: payment via the Sadad payment system, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express only), and Mada cards issued by Saudi banks only. When paying online, the customer will receive an on-screen notification once the payment is accepted.
- We are not responsible if your payment is declined or canceled by your credit card or Mada card provider for any reason. You should check with your credit card or Mada card provider regarding the reason for the decline.
- You should check with your credit card or Mada card provider about the reason for the decline. We do not store your credit card information on the website. All information and details you enter through the electronic payment gateway are encrypted for security purposes.
- You must use your legally authorized credit or Mada card. Your personal information will not be used or shared by the electronic services with any third party, except to verify the legitimacy of the information and its integrity, or when required by law, legal regulations, or court orders.
- The website service will not be responsible in any way for credit card or Mada card fraud. You will bear all responsibility for the use of fraudulent credit cards or Mada cards, and you will be entirely responsible for proving otherwise
- If we are unable to fulfill your order or part of it, we will notify you immediately. All or part of the amount paid by credit card or Mada card used to pay for your order will be refunded. Your use of our website’s electronic payment service constitutes your implicit agreement to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to any provision of these terms, please do not use this service.
